Мисля Георги Матеев два пъти е ходил до Антарктида, първия път с малкия кораб Ушуая (под 100 пътника) и след това със средно големия МС Хамбург (около 400 пътника). Та ако види поста и не го затруднява, моля да напише съвсем кратко сравнение за организацията по слизанията на Антарктида. Ако не бъркам има ограничения за броя хора, които могат да слизат едновременно на едно място и предполагам, че заради това има и разлики.

Точно така, ограничението е максимум до 100 човека едновременно на сушата. Съответно слизанията от малкия кораб бяха в пъти по-бързи, без чакане на смени и седяхме с часове на сушата, докато при MS Hamburg се налагаше изчакване, допълнителна организация и ограничен престой (обикновено не повече от 1 час).

 

Ако някой ден ми се приходи трети път до Антарктида ще се насоча отново към малък кораб с до 100 пътника, въпреки някои други неудобства (друса повече, храната е по-малко разнообразна и тн).

Съгласен съм разбира се , но е много нереалистично да се очаква експедиционен  кораб на подобна или дори близка цена.Иначе оферти не липсват.Корабите пътуват.Не помня колко беше платил Георги Матеев при първото си ходене навремето , но със сигурност според него е било изгодно и вероятно доста повече от това сега цели десетина години по-късно."Магеланското" пътуване нямам идея по каква щастлива случайност беше , изпробвали са как ще е маршрута или друга причина.Обаче имаше и хора за които не беше достатъчно привлекателно.

Не помня колко беше платил Георги Матеев при първото си ходене навремето , но със сигурност според него е било изгодно и вероятно доста повече от това сега цели десетина години по-късно.

През 2017 платих за 11-дневния си експедиционен антарктически круиз $5500 - за място в тройна каюта и без включени полети. Тогава това беше буквално най-ниската цена на пазара, ако не броя редките ласт-секънд оферти на място в Ушуая, които изискват сериозен времеви ресурс и търпение. Ако обаче сметнем и инфлацията това вероятно са $10-12.000 днешни пари, а ако сравним с круиза на MS Hamburg направо е скандално скъпо.

 

Неслучайно още тогава казах, че "онзи" магелански круиз е абсолютно уникален по всички параграфи и не очаквам някога да се появи дори наполовина близка до тази оферта и затова с толкова лека ръка отсвирих планираното за същия период пътуване до Венецуела. Като гледам съм бил прав.
